Intern With LTP!

At Latinx Therapist Project (LTP), we value the opportunity to support students and emerging professionals through meaningful internship experiences that encourage professional growth, skill development, and community engagement.

We are grateful for the partnerships we have built with organizations that help connect students and emerging professionals with internship opportunities at LTP, as well as the opportunities we are able to develop directly through our organization.

Through these experiences, interns have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit operations, program development, community outreach, event planning, and other initiatives that support our mission of strengthening Colorado’s Latino mental health workforce.

Health Career Connection x LTP Internship Opportunity

Through our partnership with Health Career Connection (HCC), Latinx Therapist Project (LTP) has had the opportunity to welcome emerging professionals interested in gaining hands-on experience in nonprofit operations, community engagement, and mental health workforce development.

In the summer of 2026, we welcomed Luis Clavel Romero as our HCC summer intern for a 10-week internship. Throughout his experience, Luis supported various LTP programs and initiatives, including community outreach, event planning, resource development, and leading the planning and coordination of our Latino Men in Mental Health Careers Event.

We are grateful for our partnership with HCC and the opportunity to provide meaningful professional experiences for emerging leaders while continuing to strengthen our programs and community impact.

Internship Opportunities Directly Through LTP

In addition to our internship partnerships, LTP hopes to continue developing internship opportunities directly through our organization, allowing students and emerging professionals to gain experience while contributing to our programs and community initiatives.

Current Internship Availability

At this time, LTP does not have any internship positions available directly through our organization. We hope to offer additional internship opportunities in 2027 and encourage interested individuals to stay connected for future announcements.
