Recruitment
At Latinx Therapist Project, we are dedicated to increasing the number of mental health care providers serving the Latinx Spanish speaking community through recruitment efforts. We partner with educational institution and community partners to provide knowledge of the need for latinx therapists and how to get there.
Mentorship
Our mentorship program is designed to provide guidance, support, and community for aspiring all the way to established and seasoned clinicians helping them thrive in their journey of a mental health professional. We will walk with our mentees in deciding the best graduate program, therapy speciality, and resources.
Therapy Career Pathway Education
Did you know there are 5 therapy licensures to chose from? Marriage & Family Therapy, Licensed Professional counselor, Social worker, clinical psychologist, and licensed addiction counselor. We host quarterly education pathway events to help you understand the differences between each pathway and also invite panelist from each speciality to discuss why they chose their specific specialty!
