DESCRIPTION:Latinx Therapist Project’s monthly consultation group\, facilitated by Dr. Xochilt Alamillo\, PhD\, LCSW is a space created to provide Latinx-identifying and Spanish-speaking clinicians with a supportive environment for clinical reflection\, cultural affirmation\, and collective care. \nThese six monthly virtual\, culturally responsive consultation sessions are designed for: \n\nGuided clinical reflection through cultural and systemic factors in therapy\nSharing of strategies and resources\, and promote burnout prevention\nParticipate in a peer learning network grounded in cultural humility\n\nWhy It Matters\n\nGain culturally attuned support tailored to the unique challenges Latinx-identifying clinicians face.\nBuild connections\, resilience\, and reflective practice through shared experience.\nJoin a committed cohort rooted in understanding and mutual growth.
