Throughout the day\, Norka will guide participants through a sacred cycle of grief\, leadership\, and rebirth. Together\, we will: \n\nHonor grief as sacred—exploring how unprocessed loss shapes our leadership\, our relationships\, and our capacity to serve others\nEngage in body-based practices—including a grief-focused body scan and vibrational practices that help release what we’ve been carrying\nParticipate in a death-and-rebirth ceremony—a guided ritual exploring the cycle of letting go and beginning anew within ourselves\nGrieve the past you to make way for the new you—through reflective writing and a embodied releasing ceremony.\nClose with a release ritual—ending the day with a eulogy practice that honors what is ending\, leaving space for what is ready to be set free.\n\nWhat You’ll Leave With: \n\nA renewed sense of purpose and clarity in your work and life\nPractices and rituals you can carry into your own healing journey\nA deeper connection to yourself\, your lineage\, and your leadership\nCommunity with fellow providers who understand the weight of this work
